Which is your favorite police / detective / agent pair?

Some may not know it, but I know how to appreciate action movies ;-) Especially if the men starring are hot (or not)!

Now, along the years, I have seen some young man-old man team-ups (not love teams) of very great actors. I am referring to apprentice learning from master and master teaching apprentice roles. Some do have chemistry, while others... may need to act more or something. Hmm... am I becoming a movie critic? Absolutely not!

Now here are the pairs that I am talking about...

1. Sean Connery & Wesley Snipes in "Rising Sun" - Wesley Snipes is ok... but Sean Connery is hot! You (or I) could actually feel the vibration of his aura, just right there, knocking on the screen! I like him very much here, like I like him in the movie "Entrapment". I mean, ok, wish Sean were of the same age like me :-) Hmm... maybe because most of his roles are like he is a very intelligent man who saves the world all the time ;-)

2. Morgan Freeman & Brad Pitt in "Seven" - A very good film... and this could be the film in which I watched, and I didn't fall either for Brad or Morgan... they are very formal here, especially Morgan... and Brad is taken. I mean, ok, it's a suspense-thriller, serious movie, so, naturally, no giggles.

3. Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith in "Men in Black" movies - First movie: great, superb, muy excelente. Second installment: no. However, they are absolutely great together! And, actually, Tommy Lee is funny, even if he has that serious look all the time ;-) Will Smith is funny, as well!

4. Harrison Ford & Josh Hartnett in "Hollywood Homicide" - Story: Policemen investigating the murders of four men, members of a rap group who were gunned down in a nightclub (ok, got that info in Wikipedia. Next sentences, mine). One is a young officer who teaches yoga, the other a part-time real estate broker.
Actors are over-acting, especially Josh (and to think he's good-looking). Worst scenes: when each of them is being interrogated by other agents. I mean, duh... but at least it's not Guantanamo Bay. Still, I could not laugh with this movie.

Any violent reaction? You could send me a message ;-) And don't worry, I don't bite!
